Leadership

I’ve failed too many times to count in my lifetime! Through those failures I have somehow managed to always find myself in great positions. Those positions, whether it be through sports, military, or civilian life, have given the opportunity to learn from some amazing people. This is about my failures and successes as a leader. Brutal honesty with myself! Through the years I have narrowed down to four things I focus on. Discipline, Communication, Ownership, and Accountability. You can accomplish a lot of amazing things with those items in mind.
